Maui County Hotels Lead State in Revenue Generation

Home and Condo Sale Prices Hit New High in March 2022

Median sale prices for both homes and condos hit a historic high. A critical factor in the rising costs across Maui real estate is the unprecedented low inventory. Amendments made to South Maui Park Community Park Master Plan

The Maui Planning Commission has approved a new master park plan, extending the construction time and focusing the park more on community events. 50% of Maui County Power Generated Through Renewable Sources

Through primarily wind, Maui county reached over 50% of energy generation through renewable sources. Customer cited solar energy as the second largest contributor to Maui’s renewable sources. The island of Hawaii generated more renewable energy (by percentage) than Maui, having 60% of their 2021 energy being produced through renewable sources. Fidelity National Title Hosts Top Maui Realtors In-Person

Hosted at the South Maui Gardens, Fidelity National Title hosted a gathering of the top real estate agents on Maui. This was the first in-person gathering of top agents since 2019. Mokulele Airlines Expanding Fleet and Adding Flights

Mokulele Airlines is adding two more planes to their fleet allowing them to expand their flight options to neighboring islands. The new planes will allow access to wheelchair-bound residents, and will also be used for athletic teams in Hawaii. The expansion is in response to Hawaiian air ending its flight service to Molokai and Lanai last year. Learn more at:
