🔹 Prices Are Holding—But Strategy Is Key: Single-family home prices remain steady, with the median holding at $1.38M. But condos have seen two consecutive months of price drops, down to $727,000 in April—a 24.5% YoY decrease. This presents opportunities for savvy buyers.
🔹 Maui Condo Market Facing Headwinds: Maui Condo Sales are down more than 40% year-over-year, and prices have fallen sharply—amid growing political uncertainty surrounding short-term rental regulations (read more about that here).
